FinTech West and Howden Strategic Partnership Aims to Strengthen Resilience within the FinTech Community
Salisbury/Bristol, UK – 21 April 2026 – FinTech West and Howden Salisbury have announced a strategic partnership following their first collaborative event in December 2025, which brought together leaders from FinTech, insurance and cybersecurity in Bristol to discuss practical approaches to cyber resilience. The partnership will continue this work through events and engagement that connect organisations across the FinTech and insurance sectors to share insight, build relationships and explore solutions to common industry challenges.
The collaboration builds on the success of “Cybersecurity: From Prevention to Protection”. The session featured speakers from the National Cyber Security Centre (part of GCHQ), alongside specialists from cybersecurity, insurance and technology, examining the full spectrum of cyber risk, from prevention and risk reduction through to response and insurance protection.
The event reflected FinTech West’s mission to bring organisations together to tackle real-world challenges through collaboration and shared expertise, with speakers from Howden, the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), part of GCHQ, CFC Underwriting and Navos Technologies.
