We believe that every activity should be representative of all sections of society and our community and those that we work with, employ or subcontract to feel respected. Diversity is all about celebrating, and benefitting from a person’s uniqueness. Greater diversity helps business be successful and flourish with greater creativity from those different ideas and viewpoints. Why would anyone imagine that everyone thinking the same is a good idea?
