Marty is Director of Engine Shed, a leading enterprise hub for the Bristol city region and CEO of The Science Research Foundation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the University of Bristol, which also runs a world-class tech business incubator, SET squared Bristol. Marty came from a career focused on innovation and technology at Rolls-Royce, making the jump from corporate life to the world of start-ups and now focuses on empowering organisations and individuals to use innovation and collaboration as drivers of sustainability and inclusion.
